The 2018 boating season is getting underway and we couldnt be more excited. Each new season presents so many new challenges and opportunities. This year has started with a bang. We’ve already run a lot of Boat 101 trips with mrore coming which is exciting. It tells us two things. The first one is that there are a lot of boats being bought. The second is there is a great opportunity to enjoy water.
One of the things thats engrained into each Captain is a routine. A routine for departing and one for arriving. Now I’ll be the first to admit I do not need directions to the store and I’ve never needed those instructions sheets that come in the box. However, when it comes to departing or arriving, we all as Captains have a strict routine we follow. One of our clients asked us if we’d share our checklist for departing and arriving the dock.
